Camelia Jinaru is a Romanian registered attorney, member of Bucharest Bar Association, with more than fifteen years practice in business law. She is graduated in law at the University of Bucharest and also holds an Executive MBA in International Business awarded in 1998 by the University of Bristol, UK, and ENPC of Paris, France and she is fluent in English and French.

Prior to founding her own law firm in 2002, Camelia has worked for more than six years with KPMG Romania (the Romanian subsidiary of the well-know international audit & advisory firm KPMG), where she had the opportunity to work as legal & tax advisor, Manager and Director of Legal Services Department, as well as Project Manager for various significant investments projects entrusted by multinational companies/foreign investors to KPMG Romania.

Currently, Camelia is assisting a number of large investors from EU countries that have established and are carrying out significant operations in Romania. She also continues to be involved in international investments projects and cross-border transactions, most times in close cooperation with well reputed international law firms.

Dan Mihai is a Romanian registered attorney, member of the Bucharest Bar Association. He has experience in legal consultancy of local and multinational companies. Dan is fluent in English and his main areas of expertise are: company law, commercial agreements, merger and acquisitions, intellectual property and commercial litigation. His background experience includes for two years being legal Partner of a large Romanian management consulting company. As Partner and head of the legal practice he coordinated and supervised the legal work and also multidisciplinary projects that integrate different competences such as legal, tax and management consulting.
Dan has 15 years of practice in business law and experience in coordinating teams involved in multidisciplinary projects. The portfolio of clients assisted includes reputed companies from Europe, Asia, US that are undertaking business in Romania and from different fields of activity such as: retail, construction & real-estate, healthcare, outsourcing, IT etc. With a keen knowledge of the local legal environment, Dan offers clients tailored legal consulting services together with a competent and dedicated team of professionals.
Ana-Maria Noţingher is a member of the Romanian Tax Advisors Chamber, with more than fifteen years of experience in taxation. Ana-Maria is a graduate of the Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies, with a specialization in International Trade, and has also obtained a law degree. She is fluent in English and French. She was a tax consultant for more than 10 years and then a Tax Partner, Head of the VAT and Customs Group, at KPMG Romania. She has acquired a large experience in consulting local and multinational companies on financial and tax strategy, including direct and indirect taxation, and has been part of or managed interdisciplinary teams on complex assignments. Since 2009 Ana-Maria works in association with Jinaru & Mihai Law offices. In addition to day-to-day assistance in tax matters and tax structuring of projects, an important part of her efforts is channeled into assisting clients during tax audits, getting involved at all stages – starting with pre-audit sessions up to teaming up with lawyers in tax litigation procedures.
